If they've only just started clicking then you'll be fine tracking the car and you'll do no damage as long as they're not actually loose and i can check that for you very easily.
I have no new nuts! (nor wrench nor socket)...

You are welcome to "feel" my current nuts on Sunday to check they aren't loose, the clicking is only "once" and infrequently.

I have the same knocking noise as JG and I'm damned if any supposed suspension or brake expert has been able to tell me what it is without saying they are gonna charge a lot to investigate it. Lower, please come to my rescue aswell on Sunday, there will be tea and burgers on offer as gratitude!!!!

search on "clicking noise" there's a number of threads on the topic.
Hub nuts looks like the common cause, something to do with splines other possibilities are CV joint then it starts getting into diffs and half-shafts as "possibles"...I think hub nuts are good (and cheap) starting point!

I'm sure Lower will be able to tell us on Sunday.

Yeah did a search and got scared and the seemingly limitless and expensive possibilities, bit of a problem doing the search as everytime i look i seem to obsess over the worst case scenario and conclude that the car is destined for the scrapheap.

y'see it's all about setting expectations

I've been down to the circuit today already and the weather is truly appalling. 50-60mph winds and driving rain

Moggy and Fiedl seemed happy enough though

Okay just had a look at the charts and bloody hell it's a bit of a change FOR THE BETTER!. The low pressure has eased up a bit and there's a cold front passing in the night dumping all the rain on us. This will leave tomorrow after about 9ish Windy directly from the west but mainly clear/broken cloud for most of the day.

Be glad we didn't choose today
