The first official UK S2ki Slow Meet

This may be a good chance to get your better halfs to join us as the driving will not be scary!

Expect:
Lots of castles, scenery and standing around tyre kicking
A chance to "pound the liquor" with other like minded enthuisiasts on Saturday night.
We may even attempt to organise an Arran style - Roadie treasure hunt. If we can be bothered and it fits in.

Do not Expect:
The usual NE/Jock Meet pace
To break the speed limit
Fast road driving!

Saturday:
Start 10.30am Bowes Museum, Barnard Castle. 10am. Leaving 11am prompt

Head North West before heading back east to Longhirst Hall at around 5pm.

Evening - bar food and beer

Sunday: Start Longhirst Hall 11am.

Head North to Bamburgh, take in a few castles along the way, end up in Mewcastle for late lunch time 3pm?

Wife is away that weekend and don't have any other responsibilities so I'm in. Although I may need to take a pax seat in an S2000 if it's really sunny!

I'm sure the new CTR will be a welcome addition to the convoy Danny. If it's raining we may bring the ATR.

Sadly we won't be able to make it this year - May is looking rather busy for us and I don't think I can fit in an extra weekend away

That's a shame, but you'll have plenty to keep you busy this year!
