I'm so disappointed that I will now not be able to attend the run tomorrow lovegroova.
I'm REALLY worried that because I missed the last and now this run, that I'll no longer be classed as a regular

I will endeavour to see you all for Breakfast - have only just got in from the pub and tbh ... being sober enough to drive at 6.30am will be pushing it.

The sky this morning, the new moon cradling the old
Lovely run today, a grayscale of Berlina and Silverstone, the Eagle still asleep in his nest, so just three of us for the run and a spooky ruby addition for breakfast.
Watched the leaves change from green to yellow to brown as we travelled upwards and northwards.
Only one more run this year, when the clocks go back, so an extra hour's sleep...
