REVIEW: AM2.5 Bonfire Night
Present: Dave and Lisa Noon, Gary (P1) & Jane, Allan (Jaeger) & Penny, Janine & Myself.
Fortune favours the brave. The rain stopped for the entire bonfire/firework display and resumed later that night.
We had a great evening of Arran Sunset beer and pyrotechnics. A little chinese boy was very grateful to Allan for all the sparklers that he'd brought. In fact, most of us had sparklers and we were messing around when I realised the camera was pretty good at taking photos at night:
This prompted us to mess around even more, although Allan was clearly overdoing his circle in a big way:
You can start to see what we were thinking. However, several pints of sunset beer were clearly having an effect:
Finally, things were getting serious. We were down to the last four sparklers and having told the little chinese boy to "Go Away" (wasn't me, honest), we sobered up for one last go. The batteries in my camera were dying....would we do it??
Gotcha!
Brilliant night, great company.
I have no idea what happened during the rest of the evening.
More later...
