The Top three
Thanks again everyone,i have only ever been on a very small Karting track at Aztec and at Rockingham so i really enjoyed this.
I am very sore this morning and not sure if it was from the wipeout i had with Gaxxy ( it was a blatant attack on the wife because i passed him but at least i caught up and passed him again ) or the Kart seats
My Favourite part was the last race, once i had become accustomed to the kart and track when i was behind Tailhappydave, there was no opportunity to pass him, as his name suggests the back end of his kart was sliding everywhere to ensure you could not pass.
Superb day and great food and company
I look forward to the rematch later on in the year.

Many thanks to everyone for a really fun night out. Special thanks to Sarah for organising.
Sufferring with a stiff neck last night, never felt anything at the time, but ended up having to pop some paracetamols during the night as it kept me awake.
Thought the restaurant was good, with wide selection. Will have to go back again and leave room for dessert next time.
Hope everyone had a good journey back and see you all again soon

I'd like to add my thanks to Sarah for organising such a fun event. The racing was competitive as I'd expected and the winners deserved their trophies. I was happy to slide my kart about and entertain Sarah in the process. The photos of those of us in the hi-visibility suits are a laugh.
So far today I've not felt sore and managed an 11 mile walk, but it'll probably all catch up with me when I go back to work tomorrow. Still, what are weekends for, if not to enjoy yourself?
Thanks everyone for making it a great day - I met most of you for the first time and enjoyed your company. I'm certainly up for another karting event later in the year.

On a serious note i am open to suggestions, however please bear in mind Thursday evenings do not give us much time,so would you all be happy to do a few more weekend activities instead?

Weekends in the summer tend to be bad for me, if not competing/sailing its likely to be G/children sitting!
What has a hazelnut in every bite????? Sq--------t!
The little buggers (2) are already in my freezer, waiting to go into a casserole!

Hello all
Another great S2K meet - thanks Sarah for arranging and the photos.
Wasn't too sore this morning - nice bruise on my back from the seat, though.
Good to meet up with everyone - see you at the next one.
