Default RAF Marham track day

Hi everyone. I bought my S2000 around 6 weeks ago so it's about time I got it on a track! I'm heading to RAF Marham on the 18th August. I've been to a few of these track days before; they're excellent fun, well organised and all proceeds go to charity. They're also really cheap (£50 for a day!). Other highlights are:

Open pit lane
Track reversed at lunch time so you kind of get 2 tracks for the price of 1
No barriers to hit!

I just wanted to raise awareness for the weekend and see if anyone on here fancies coming along. Check out the site for more info:

Hope nobody minds me posting the details - I know it looks a bit like an advert but I'm not affiliated in any way and it is all for charity!

Let me know if you decide to go on the Saturday I'll come and say hello

Interesting! I am at Bedford on the Saturday, now do I book myself in to a bnb and do this on the Sunday as well?

Gfriend is away that weekend so why not I'm going to give it some thought.

I was tempted, but it's 2 hours away, so Im not too sure... But what I save on entry I'll spend on extra fuel...!?

It's a great day but I always used to get terrible stone chips from it - (loads of gravel) so just dont follow people to closely.

Very good value for money though

footage from one of the ones I did (passenger in the ATR) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4HGeYbW6bg4

Yes stone chips can be an issue, although as you say as long as you don't follow people closely it's fine. I took my skyline a couple of times and didn't suffer any damage (aside from my ego taking a knock after spinning a few times!)

Aparantly spectators are not allowed. But they are going to let me know if I can be a photographer for the session.
Not sure what the difference is...
