The RX-8 does not look quite so good next to an S (IMHO). Still a lovely motor though.

The bunch were intending to go off on a 1 1/2 hour drive after lunch but I didn't have time for that. I just enjoyed the ride down from Cambridge instead - hit the rev limiter 3 times on the way down when overtaking hot hatchbacks that thought they were faster than me. Yes, they are fast but cannot accelerate like an S in V-Tec mode, and cannot hold the corners like an S either. Just the day for a 110 mph blast on the sunny deserted roads ( I mean 110kph, of course).

I believe the Bacofoil is not for barbequing Thai chicken but actually seals the air intake passage against the bonnet lid to exclude hot air from the engine compartment.

The handbrake on the rx8 looks like it would get in the way. looks a bit ugly next to an S2000. so is the 04 S2000 out to buy then?
