Thanks for the heads up chilled. I called my insurance a few days ago about the track day there and they only cover me up to Europe. Not the track day in the Nurburgring.

Its good to hear couple more people are interested. I will get some detail soon guys.

i went last year but it snowed and didn't open
mate went this year but it was closed for a private event
i'm hoping to go back in september but will do a sensible lap then watch/ passenger in some of the locals cars

cheapest way to get there is dover to dunkirk and drive it's so nice to drive in europe as most know how to drive properly there, we went to amsterdam after as well

don't forget normal European car insurance cover is 3rd party only you need to tell them if you want fully comp
also dunkirk is closer than calais we got tickets for £30 inc car return.

We're thinking of booking everything in mid-January. Just looked at the hotels round the Nurburgring for the 3rd June and on that particular week its almost booked up. Prices are looking around 80.00 to 160.00 for two people. Please let me know as soon as so we can get everything booked up at the same time.
