Default Notts meet 6th Sept

I run a classic and sports car meeting twice a month. Anyone who is interested in coming along, the next meeting is this Wednesday, at The Griffins Head at Papplewick, Nottingham. I would love to see some more S2K's there.

The Griff at Papps does beautiful food, it's a really nice pub in a really nice village. Sorry, Stylus, I'm in Bath during the week and Notts on selected weekends but if this is a regular event, I'll try and make one soon!

To answer JAOZZY it's a meeting for classic and sports car enthusiasts to get together to talk and look around each other's car's , it's free and there are free sandwiches at around 8.30pm but they usually get eaten quite quick! On a good warm night we can get up to 250 cars of all types, I've seen 2 S2K's before and now mine will be there, lets hope some more!

I'll try and make it weather / work permitting, I suppose it's easy to find? I live between Notts and Loughborough, I suppose straight up the A60 through Town would be as good as any route?

If you use the ring road (past QMC) take a left when you get to A610 Nuthall Rd, next island (Cinderhill) turn right through Bulwell, then straight through Hucknall and out the other side. When you come to a small island turn right to Linby/Papplewick. The pub is on the crossroad in Papplewick. Look forward to seeing you. Watch out for speed cameras on ring road - 40mph - and A610 - 30 mph.
