So someone mentioned having a mini meet...

Who fancies meeting somewhere like "Thickthorn Services" and then having a small drive to a nice pub (like the Bird in Hand) for a pint?

Best option so far is Saturday evening.

It will be dark by 8pm so if we meet at Thickthorn at/before 7pm then that should give us enough time chat before driving to the pub.

So:

Date: Saturday 14th April @ 7:00pm - come earlier for a longer chat.
Meeting at: Thickthorn Services, A11/A47 roundabout NR9 3AU
Then: Driving to Bird in Hand, Wrenningham NR16 1BJ

I'm not suggesting we eat at the Bird in Hand but there is a Burger King at Thickthorn if anyone is hungry.

Yes I'm in. Not sure which the bird in hand is but always up for different places to drink. I can do any evening unless I get called to go abroad for work. Weekends I'm definitely about.

I'd like to but im having knee surgery next week which will all most definitely put me out of driving

Any time is ok for me as long as my car is going by then. My company is about a minute away from the bird in hand so that's cool for me.

So it looks like either the Saturday evening or the Sunday lucnhtime (I have removed the other two from the choices).
Is there anyone who can't do either of these?
Anyone have any preference?
Anyone got any other engagements on either day that would effect a start/end time?
