Not 100% yet - but looking very likely (sorry about the vague responses). I apologies in advance for the current state of the S. Winter has taken its toll, in serious need of a good clean and a bit of TLC but when covering motorway miles with the salt etc daily it just gets a weekly 'quick' jet wash.
I have also picked up a tasty scratch in the passenger door - thanks to some areshole in my street deciding to use my car as a 'guide' unfortunately I will have to stump up for this as didn't catch them doing it. Suppose that's the hazards of not having a drive/garage, problem is I just haven't had the spare money at the moment with Christmas and all.
I must say sorry for my lack of 'involvement' since summer have been busy working on car etc. people are well aware of my ECU issues amongst others haha.
I will finish by saying Happy new year to all! hopefully this new year brings plenty NE activity

Nice Liam.
As for the scratch. I know I offered polishing services, which you weren't sure would work. What I meant was a touch up pen or pot of paint with tiny brush and colour match.... THEN colour polish over it. I've seen this done on bonnets with stone chips and it really works a treat, as long as it's not a WIDE area.
Hopefully see you.. I wouldn't worry about the mess of the car. Mines the same at the moment, Might get a wash tomorrow if I have time

Will judge it when I see you. Worth a try but failing that will just have to go to a body shop, once I have the money.
I am going to wash the car before as well but will still have winter wheels on which are tatty.
However should still be a good day.

Keep seeing a Moonrock S around near me... Saw him on Saturday Villa Real Roundabout in Consett, Going opposite directions. If I can find him and have a word he might join up too.
p.s. We were the only two idiots out with our tops down in winter That's Consett for you

Hmmm i always thought the north east had big turnouts for car events , I moved here 2 years ago and have been to a few big ones (not s2ki specific) I'd be up for the majority of meets in surrounding area and tunnel runs etc , already booked up for valentines weekend though lol , hopefully i'm around to jump on the next one.
for anyone interested in local forums , check out NEMM (north east modified motors), really friendly bunch!

Yes, no change to the above. Silverlink at 11:30. Will be the car park at the top end where the foody places are by the cinema. Just look for some S2000's - that will be us! We have already established that we don't need to get each other flowers or a card despite it being Valentines day so just fetch your wallet!!
