Default Megameet 2 - Final Arrangements and Timings

All

Ade has just emailed around the Arrangements to attendees. If you have not received your copy by tomorrow please let me know via PM.

Please note: Ignore the bit about if you want transport on Fri night to call me - there is none available I am afraid, as the company we are using for Saturday night is away on Friday. Last year we did not require any - so please if you want to come to the Lord Hill do so under your own steam, or a taxi! (Transport IS provided on Sat night - details in the pack)

Please DO NOT POST any of the arrangements here on the site. If there is anything you are unsure of please PM me

Thanks
Ian

As I mentioned in PM, I'm planning on leaving Reading at 1ish, but I'm flexible (so to speak).

Besides, best route for Shrewsbury would be up the M40, so that means going back on yourself a bit to get to Maidenhead then Wycombe.

So how about the Oxford Services - M40 J8a - at 2pm?

Don't forget to use the M6 Toll Road, leaving before the end at T8, down the A460 towards Shareshill/Featherstone, joining the M54 at J2. Otherwise, you get stuck back on the M6 (which is always a bit slow), then have to track along the A5 and A449, to M54J3.

Can't wait until tomorrow!!
