Mid-Kent mini-meet
From the amount of interest shown on the newbies thread, we have a number of people in the mid-Kent (mainly around Maidstone and Medway at the moment) who'd like to meet up.
So far:
Maidstone S2K
RobM
X-Ruckus
and myself.
Any other takers? The more the merrier plus any ideas for date/format - I'm new to this so suggestions gladly received although I'm inclined to keep it simple for the first time e.g. pub meet.

Biffa i go out time to time with some local cruise boys.
Mainly to laugh at the Novas amd paxo's.
But there are a few nice supra's and skyline that turn up time to time.
We keep ourself's to ourself's mainly and let the kids come look if they like.
Could always make it an evening thing, would love to turn up with 4,5,6 s S2000's

I used to live in rochester on the esplanade and best mate lives in bearsted. Moved to london last month so don't get to drive much anymore!!
We've had several mini-meets over the years, either at the Malta (in the summer) or at the park gate near leeds castle. Have also had a saturday drive with about 10 S's setting off and returning to the Hop farm - great roads around there!!
Someone needs to suggest date and time. I am still unsure if i can make it, but i'll start off discussion re date! - how about Thursday 16th October? Any other suggestions?

Unfortunateley I can only make weekends because of work. If you guys want a mid-week evening meet (and that may be the case from the two suggestions so far) then go for it, I'm happy to keep the thread updated and to co-ordinate or for someone else who's going to do it.

Agree about trying the make it at the weekend.
Can I suggest somewhere close to the M20 (perfect for me ), but also would be good for Medway, Tunbridge Wells, London people. The Malta would we an obvious suggestion (M20 J6), could be a bit busy in the evening, but afternoon should be okay this time of the year.
So how about the weekend after next (F1 will be finished by then).
So how's about it.
