Default MCR VTEC RR day - Sun 27th October *

In association with MCR-VTEC.co.uk

Ran a couple of these meets in the past and always had a good turnout. They will let you know your power, torque and if the cars running healthy.

Its £35 for 3 runs. Be running this as a meet also as there's plenty of space on the industrial estate so not limited to just the RR so come along for a look/natter. A burger van should be in attendance so teas/coffee/grub available throughout the day.

2WD only sorry 4WD guys

Not going to limit this to Hondas either so bring your mates and get the word out there!

Pay on the day so you're not tied into anything. Please let me know if you intend to run as there will be a maximum number!

As always, no tom foolery (burnouts and whatever, save that for when you get off the industrial estate if you must....)

From 10am onwards.

EFI-Parts
Unit 16
Dewar Court
Astmoor industrial estate
Runcorn
Cheshire
WA7 1PT

See you all then!

I will try to make this if I am around, however:

Chris @ EFI Parts has very kindly donated 3 power runs and a diagnostics session as a prize for MM9.

Not sure at this point in time if this prize will be auctioned off or used in the raffle but either way it will help raise money for 'Help for Heroes' & 'Cancer Research UK'.

Let me know if you want to either bid in the auction or buy raffle tickets.

Cheers
Martin

If you are thinking of going to this event, PM Blue Monster with your bids !

The funds will be donated to the Charidee pot for Help for Heroes and Cancer Research

Lee, please could you let any of your mates from mcr-vtec who are attending this event know about this voucher that Chris has very kindly donated?

Cheers Martin

First of all a big thank you to Chris at EFI parts. It was by far the longest day he's done, from 10am to 7pm of constant work but was always more than happy to talk to the owner about the health of the car and any improvements that could be made. i think we had 22 cars roll in total!

Secondly to 'on the kerb' catering van, by far the best butty van grub i've had. friendly and very reasonable!

Was nice to see so many faces and so many different cars ranging from a 1.3 civic with 130bhp to a 515bhp Tdi north turbo equipped EP3. plenty of stuff inbetween including a Chevette, nitrous s2000, 300bhp astra, 1.8t Clio etc.

Few pictures from myself and others mixed in. Feel free to add your own in if you got any too.
