Gareth - Have you got a external mic? Well worth it imo. When I borrowed Planemans for a track day I stuck it at the bottom of the windscreen inside the car to prevent getting too much wind noise
I do know that some people like to mount them near the exhaust

When I phoned DogCam the guy said the camera I've bought had everything the pack I was looking at, which included a mic.
But it doesn't say mic on the box.
Either way, I think I'd have to mount the mic on someone else's exhause as mine's stock, or arrange to follow someone with a loud one.

Just checked and I do have a mic.
Can I get away from work in time to hit Micro Anvica for a DVR Travel Adapter and I could be doing a bit of tunneling this weekend!

Sorry to hear this Phil. We were all looking forward to seeing your car tear up some London tunnels.
