I think the driver was the only one sober in the camp at the time.

I think he steered towards the victim.

Oh were Steve and Kelly glued to their chairs?

I don't think the driver was fully in control of the vehicle. Brakes wouldn't have been working properly.

Or maybe the victim can go for the pushers of the vehicle-the car seemed to speed up when the victim was thrown from the bonnet.

ground was slippy and undulating. Where was the warning sign. Potential claim against the farmer as well.
