I'm on holiday from the 5 to the 20th August.

Currently I'm thinking Saturday the 30th of August???, failing that it would be start/mid september - But I have a potential trackday at the start of september i think the 6th.

Start would likely be a early morning thing say 10am, we could stop for a meal at the twa dogs again in keswick.

That's JAE weekend, so I wouldn't be able to make it. Just set a date in stone, and let people work round it, otherwise you won't be able to please everyone, and it will never happen.
