God help you all. 
Might not be a good idea to rendezvous on the petrol station forecourt if we are going to use mobiles.
Is everyone happy to agree a meet point in the week ahead of the visit?
Who is coming from east of Worthing, likely to join then?
I've sent my mobile number to Paul. Anyone who wants it soonest (I have no friends) I'm happy for Paul to circulate.

I thought I would resurrect this thread as I am unlikely to get to the T3 showing next Wednesday to make final arrangements with Alex.
I should be meeting up with Alex at his place sometime around 11:30 (if he tells me how to get there) and then we can meet up with Gaddafi in the layby just before 12 and arrive in convoy around 12:30;
Is Paul still collecting mobile numbers so we can all meet up for a drink perhaps

I've just picked this up after answering your pm so will be at your place by 11:20 rather than 11:30
It might even be earlier as I'll leave home with plenty of time to spare just in case Colleen's map reading skills are not up to scratch.
