I'm not sure where in Essex you are but I'm leaving from Bishop's Stortford and providing there is no ice, I plan to take the back roads via the Hadhams to Hertford. AquilaEagle and MQ are coming over this way to join the parade and I'm hoping that CHIPPO will be back in time to join us also. You're more than welcome to come with us

I have been in the pub, it has all been refurbished, it is now owned by the same guys who own the Wicked Lady in Wheathampstead and The Fox in Harpenden, I reckon the only suitable seating area will be to the right of the entrance and its not massive, ps the the duck salad is excellent (-:
