Ben - CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! I'll also be bringing my fiancee.

Sporty - passenger swap sound good.

I pity the bloke in that photo with his TT (the distraught look on his face as he realises he owns a hairdressers car). Actually I do feel sorry for him (he owns a TT). No really to realise that you have crashed your car is a horrible feeling - probably an even worse on as it requires the breakdown truck to tow him out along with a hefty armco bill.
Moral of the story, try not to get too caried away and drive it like you are on a fast road and not a track - easier said than done though.

Cheers David - maybe we can leave the women to discuss wedding things (shudder!)

I believe the stuck TT is a rental car - IIRC the story goes that he shat himself completely when he thought he was going to stuff the entire car into the armco, but luckily (!) ended up axle high in kitty litter.

My mate with the Griffith (RIP car - its been allowed to rot) had a similar experience trying to keep the Ring Mini behind him, misjudged his entry speed and locked up for a very large distance. Once the smoke had cleared and his underpants checked, the Mini simply blatted past him waving and Dave sheepishly continued on.

hehehe

It seemed like the sensible thing to do - especially given the excellent exchange rate and the cheapness (relatively!) of diamonds over there.

looks big enough to me and to her (more so considering she's South African so knows these things)

Cheers pal

And I hope you will be just as happy with the love of your life. And also with your wife

Better not tell her that, though or she won't let you come along at Easter with your Number One female (the car in case anyone didn't get the joke).
