I'm afraid I don't own a Tom Tom so can't help much.

Here's some instructions I took from another site:

1. Plug your Tomtom device into your computer, and switch it on. It will ask you if you want to "connect to computer?". Say yes!
2. Browse the Tomtom device in Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac), as you wouldan external drive or USB key - you should find a folder marked "ITN"
3. Drag the .itn files for your tour into this "ITN" folder
4. Eject the Tomtom device before unplugging it, at which point it should restart.
5. When you go into your Tomtom menu, you should see an icon marked "Itinerary Planning". In here you will find options to load one of your saved itinerary files

It may be that your particular Tom Tom does not support Itinerary planning, in which case, you'll have to just follow everyone else!

Cheers mate, that sounds pretty simple to do, i just didnt have a clue of where to start with it. If the route has changed from last year then you may need to send me the file again, otherwise i do still have the file from last year on here somewhere.

Sorry I won't be able to make it Simon and Sue I am off to work at 4.30 tomorrow morning and won't finish until about 1am Sunday morning ;( I am already very tired so don't think a drive with you ot at that time of day will do me any good whatsoever
