Curborough Sprint Track Event

We have had an opportunity for a last minute Sprint Event at Curborough Sprint Track and have hired the circuit out for a Sprint Day.

The format of a Sprint Day is one car at a time on a set layout against the clock, using the track's timing equipment.

Whilst there will of course be track Marshall's and staff, we will pretty much be left to our own devices; so we effectively self manage the runs and track layout.

The date we have is Saturday April 11th for a full day; arrival at 9am and we should be wrapped up by 5:30pm

The Finalised Plan

All details are in and we're good to go; the plan is below:

• Meet at Stafford Services on the M6 (Southbound between J15 and J14) at 7:30am.
• We will set off at 7:45 on the nail, so please don't be late.
• We are meeting at Curborough at 8:30am
• Postcode for Curborough is: WS13 8EJ
• Regards to payment, it's £65 payable on the day; I'll need it at the Services to pay on Key collection; please make sure you bring a fiver, as there will not be any change.
• Helmets are optional but *highly* recommended.
• We're going to pre-order our lunch at 12pm from the butty shop around the corner.
• I'll bring a camping stove, kettle and tea making items.
• We'll be done around 5pm (ish)

PLEASE NOTE: If your name is not on the list above, then you will not be able to take part. There is a TEN CAR limit and all places have been FILLED.
