How many owners do we now have in the real North of England (Northumberland, North Yorks, Cumbria) and Southern Scotland?
We did a North East meet last spring, but UK Paul and Bork don't have Ss any more and I haven't seen Markwneale on the board for a while (although I do still pass his house with bright yellow S outside on occasion)
Wouldn't mind a lunch and pint meet if the weather is ok, but I guess that's the problem at this time of year. Maybe we should leave it until the spring?

"Real" North of England option added!
Jenny and I will probably be at the Derby meet (weather permitting) but I suspect family commitments will mean that we're not able to make any others.
EDIT: We're in Manc on Boxing Day, coming home on the 27th - so we might be able to make a meet at the Swan for lunch on the way home, if that's any use to anyone.......

Normally the meet is on the first Thursday of the month ... but we could bring this forward by a few days to the afternoon of Sunday 4th of Jan and have some lunch.

Mind you, seeing as I have shelled out for winter tyres, there is now unlikely to be any snow at all in scotland this winter
