CarFest SOUTH - Fri 28th August to Sun 30th August *
S2KUK have been successful in our application for exclusive club stands at both CarFest North and CarFest South 2015, A dream of cars, music, food and masses of family fun - a dream conjured up by Chris Evans and brought to life in Cheshire and Hampshire.
CarFest South is from 28th August to 30th August at Laverstoke Park Farm, Overton, Hampshire.
Do you want to show your car on S2KUK's EXCLUSIVE STAND?
Our stands at both events have only 5 spaces per day for show cars, so we are going to ask for applications to display your cars at the event. As such we would like to invite all members to send their application in, with up to 3 photos of your car and a description of why you think your car should be on show. You must be state which of the 2 events you can attend and which days. You will have to pay for tickets, however the club will subsidise and provide 2 weekend tickets per car as a show car on the stand.

Quick update............
CarFest Tickets cost £116 EACH for the weekend and are SOLD OUT.
To display your car AND including 2 entry to Carfest all weekend (via wristbands given out each day at the event), will be only £150 per car for the whole weekend.
Camping is also available at £60 per 2 people for the whole weekend (special club rate) - I NEED TO BOOK THIS ASAP
I think you will agree this is a bargain! It doesn't cover the club's costs, but we are subsidising this event, and there are a few requirements of display cars which does reduce flexibility:
They would prefer cars to arrive on the stand on the Thursday, and stay there until the Sunday 6pm. (There was flexibility last year, I was able to take the car in and out daily, or if you camp on site, there are 24hr security patrols). I went first thing Friday, but they do want cars to be parked up and all in before about 8am otherwise traffic is mayhem!
So if you would like to take this excellent opportunity, please let me know.
