Cadwell Park - March 25th

Really good day today!
Only disapointment was finding out I 'stopped' my camera recording at the start of a session rather than starting it.
Either way, nice day and good to meet people - despite 4 hours each way .

Hi guys, nice to meet everyone was a good day despite the mishap
Paul, Adrian love your car - you've got me dreaming of getting into a race series! Let me know when your race dates are and if you ever want a basic mechanic in the pits for you, always willing to get stuck in
I wished I'd caught a ride in another s2k as wanted to see how others handle etc but hopefully next time!
Simon your driving looks incredibly smooth in your video! You'll have to give me some tips next time, I noticed you turned in a lot sooner to the hairpin that I did, and also kept 2nd for Barn whereas I opted for third :/ maybe that's why I could only squeeze 101 before reaching Coppice!

Sean, you're very kind. I'm not necessarily doing it "right", so do bear that in mind.
You're welcome to jump in with me at Anglesey in June, assuming you get everything sorted by then.

How's the car looking Dom?
Thanks everyone for a great afternoon - thoroughly enjoyed myself. And thanks to Simon for taking me out as a passenger and I think we should rename goose neck to 'f**king hell' corner
BTW - those three Chavs I was telling you about overtaking on the blind bends on the way to Cadwell? On the way home we went past them on the A17 with two parked up and one seriously damaged in a field. Not surprised at all considering the standard of their driving earlier in the day. Saw three ambulances going to the accident so hoping that no innocent by-standers have been involved.

We spotted all that too - wonder how they managed it on a straight bit of road??
Nice to meet you & Mr CJ

Really good day out, most importantly, it was dry!
Had lots of fun, Cadwell is a real challenge.
Good to meet everyone and thanks to the brave souls who passengered with me. Had some good runs with Dan, very interesting to see where one of us is quicker than the other (Dan's better at the twisty stuff, I'm better at the fast sweepers).
Sorting out some video, but I'm knackered now - it's a long drive home, will hopefully post it up tomorrow.
CJ, we need pics please!

Many thanks for the brake pads, problem solved. Let me know what you want me to do, cash or source a replacement set for you.
Good to meet Shaun/Sean (?), Rich Ralston, Lee(f) & Andy - sorry the the poorly pads stopped me taking you for a passenger ride, but at least you managed to get out with Simon.
Was interesting passengering with Simon & vice versa spotting who did what where - good tip out 3rd for Chris curve, nearly hit the limiter before Gooseneck, but not quite

Good to see you guys again too, get along to the Surrey meet again soon.
Regarding the oil, it was as you were going in to Coppice (I think), so I'm guessing overrun rather than changing up.
