It is definitely overspray on the wheel though it seems to be some kind of brown paint And the scratches are still there, they may have improved them slightly...
the bumper will definitely need some more work - there is a small orange peely bi and a bit where the paint hasn't set properly and there is a darker colour showing through... not sure if this will come out in the pic though - got a good pic of what I mean about where the number plate insert attaches to the bumper proper.
Though as I had already said the job done on the dented panel is top notch.
Unfortunately, I have spotted a new one I had not noticed before - a chuffing great scratch all the way accross my rear number plate - on the side that is attached to the car not the side exposed to the elements, sometime you do wonder how the hell they manage it
Anyway, I'll post a selection of the pics up tonight for your viewing pleasure...

I agree with Iain Max - that number plate job is very poor - deffo give them grief about that.
