You can;t do any work in bathrooms or kitchens, and you can't add new circuits.
You can amend/extend circuits though, which is largely what I'm doing.
PITA though - when I get around to gutting my bathrooms, I'll have to get a qualified sparky in, or get it inspected by the council for a fee.

The Chinese night market is pretty good .. u can get any bootleg under the sun over there.
