I got handed my notice as well Squigg.
Been in the job 7 years, face doesn't fit anymore. I've hated the job for years though so as far as I'm concened a good result.

Those be my feelings too, though not as long, not been happy for getting on for 6 months.
gonna strip the doors in my flat in the inevitable time off too, quite looking forward to it

I'm rapidly approaching my insured miles for the year (and the year lasts until June
) so a 70 miler would be just dandy for me!
EDIT: my first meet was a 300 mile total for me!!!
