Announcing our 7th "Megameet"

Megameet 7 will be held in the beautiful location of North Wales, home of many exhilarating , quiet roads, including the famous EVO Triangle.

It is your opportunity to join other passionate S2000 owners to:

Dates

Arrival Friday 30th September with departure on either Sunday 2nd or Monday 3rd of October.

Location

We will be staying at The Beaufort Park Hotel. The Beaufort Park Hotel is an independently run 3 star AA hotel located just a short drive from the historic market town of Mold set in the attractive North Wales countryside. The hotel is ideally situated in the North-East of Wales, close to the motorway network and the City of Chester.

Costs

Non refundable deposit paid to the Club of £45 per person, to cover meet organisation, Saturday night dinner and entertainment.

We have negotiated a group rate of £60 per room per night (£50 for single rooms)

To Book follow these steps:

1. Go to this site and pay the deposit to book your place: http://megameet7.eventbrite.com/

2. Please call the Beafort Park Hotel on 01352 758646 to book your room. Mention you are with the UK S2000 Owners Club (Honda S2000) party.

Please note: The hotel will only hold rooms until June; Bedroom uptake will be reviewed mid May, with the option to release any rooms back to the hotel for re-sale. Any unsold rooms will be automatically released by 30th June 2011.

More info will be posted as it is available.

Help!

We will need some help in organising some things for this mega meet, some which could take up quite a bit of your time, others which wouldn't. The main thing is the charity organisation. This consists of:

Contacting and constantly chasing up suppliers, companies, individuals to donate prizes in exchange for their business/product/service getting coverage and publicity at the meet.
Organising them to send the prizes over to North Wales.
Arranging raffle tickets and sales of the raffle tickets on the night
Arranging auction (you don't need to do the auctioneering unless you want to!)
Organising and liaising with the benefiting charities.

If anyone would like to volunteer some of their spare time to help, please PM me.

There is no limit to the number of people who can help try and get prizes, but I would like one person to oversee the activity if possible.
