Just re-reading and there's no mention of a chain sprocket in the list of parts ??
Sounds like they are going for the complete package with the valve drive train, so I find it strange that they would renew the chain and leave the 'worn' sprocket(s).
It may be a bit late in the day but I would suggest a phone call to confirm that they have checked the profile of the drive sprockets and all dimensions are within spec
.Ask them for images/report of the sprockets
, and return of the old tensioner etc..I know I sound like a suspicious old fart but we are dealing with a main dealer here mate, and we all want the best result for you.

Thanks for the info I'll speak with Honda York on Monday and see what they say.
Couple of parts not ready until mid week so have time.
I've been looking up what involved in the work re the chain and its a huge job.
Weather looks good for you. Only a girl would go out with a hardtop on :-)

I only had it on for 3 days and it's back on the garage wall!!

Sorry to hear you were on Nurse duties too!
Pretty much the same route as we did before, breakfast in the same cafe, the back down the to Grassington then round to Ripon and split off our own ways.
