Pretty much.

It's a header-back exhaust (meaning you have to remove your catalytic converter). It weighs about 9 lbs, compared to the stock system that weighs ~65lbs (including the cat)... so you're instantly shaving off 55lbs of dead weight.

The going rate for a new one from Bulletproof is over $2500... plus you may have to wait for many weeks if they don't have one in stock.
