White S2K sighting at NSHS
I was just curious if anyone in this group owns a white S2k and was pulling out of Newman Smith high school last night at around 7pm.
I bumped my horn but got no response from the owner
Again, just curious, no big deal. (nice to know we're out and about
)

It wasn't me in the white S2K, mines black and I don't live in the area any longer, but...
Ol Newman Smith HS. That's where I went to high school so long ago. Well not that long ago, I got out in 1984. I went there before the giant remodel and my wife taught there while it was going on.
Boy we had a bad football team back then....

I went there, too. I got out in '97. That place looks like a prison now. My friends and I call it Newman Smith Penitentiary. All it's missing is the razor wire and shotgun towers (although i cannot confirm that those towers don't exist

I would have trouble if I had to work there after graduation. It was bad enough when I would go to a teacher party with my wife (ex-wife now) and hang out and drink beer with my old teachers. It makes you feel older than you are.

I remember Tomassini being at some of the Friday happy hours. I never had him as a teacher, even though he was still there. He was a nice guy.
I'm sure he would remember my ex-wife, but I'm not sure he would remember me.
