eh aggressive driving can adjust you valves to the wrong degrees?? I really dont know much about it other than that my car motor makes a ticking noise and that i need to get the valve adjustment to fix it...And yes i'm sure, cause i've had an valve adjustment before...Honda recommends it at 90k for s2k's

The valve adjustment is to make sure the intake and exhaust ports of the cylinder head open and close at precisely the right time.

Don't mess with the valves unless you have reached 105k. Cosmos has the right number. xviper has always said to not mess with it unless it is broken! You'd be wasting your time and or money for the most part. Read your manuals fellas!

46k miles is so fresh. It isn't even broken in yet
I wouldn't worry to much DOHC_Side

The ticking noise may be the timing belt tensioner (TCT) go to youtube and listen to other people with the noise. You may need to research that to diagnose your problem. The S does make some ''abnormal'' sounds compared to most cars.

I've adjusted my valves probably 10 times since I bought my car. My car has <20K miles on it.

Of course, most of those adjustments were due to tinkering with (removing/re-installing) the POS Toda cams.

For reference, though, I just adjusted my Accord's valves at 195K miles. I'm not sure if it had ever been done before, but I'm certain that I hadn't done it in the 50K miles that I had owned it. They were all within mfr recommendations, and none of them were more than 2 thou off of what I'd consider optimal.

When I had mine done at the tech day I only had 3 valves out of spec, and I have 130k miles guys. You should be alright, Honda's engines last a long time for a good reason. Just keep the fluids fresh and you should be good to go for a long time.
