Default Tires and Mounting/Balancing "Hook Up"

I seem to remember a few places in and around the metroplex that will match Tire Rack and offer cheap mounting/balancing. I normally use the Discount Tire in Bedford which has always done me good, but getting in and out of there usually takes way to fricking long. What other places in and around the metroplex will make similar deals?

Thanks...

The Discount Tire off of Green Oaks and Collins (about a 1/4 mile east of Collins on Green Oaks across from the Tom Thumb/Sonic area) is a fairly low volume store and I've always been able to get in and out of there fairly quickly. They also match Tire Rack prices and offer cheap mounting and balancing. Everyone has been very helpful, but if anyone says they can't match Tire Rack, I'd ask for Nato.

I've had very good service from NTB in Lewisville, I35 and Corporate. Talk to Willie, the store manager. Matches Tire Rack prices as well.

NTB on Central in Plano will do it as well. Ask for Mike.

In some cases he will even beat Tire Rack's prices

Thanks to everyone... and Ivan. That's on my way home and I used to live by there. I will swing by and see if they can do a Tire Rack "match." Thanks!

Al at Discount Tire in McKinney treated me well. Sold me a set of Victoracers at Tire Rack price + tax, no shipping and $10/tire mount/balance. My fronts were backordered with Discount for 2 weeks. Al called me the week before an event I was trying to make and offered to get a pair in from Tire Rack. Not many people would take profit out of their own pocket to help a racer make an event, much less call the racer in advance to give them the choice. Good folks & worth the drive.

Todd Eaddy at the Discount Tire store in Flower Mound (on FM 407) has offered free labor to autocrossers in the past (and may still - be sure to ask) and will come pretty close to the Tire Rack price (consider you're not paying for shipping and handling).
