that happened to me once. they didnt call it a TDC sensor. they said it was my TPS sensor or crank position sensor. i didnt drive my car for a day or two and it went away. you try that yet??

thats it. i got scared and left it off for a day. turned it on an saw CEL, so i turned it off again. couple hours later i started it up and CEL was gone and it ran fine. "limp mode" is what they call it.
