Thumbs up Sumitomo or Toyo?

So,

I am about to order my new wheels and the best setup for them is:

215/45/17
145/40/17

I have looked at different tires and within a certain range I have two choices:

Sumitomo Htrz I I I (http://www.edgeracing.com/tire/6808/)
Toyo Proces 4 (http://www.edgeracing.com/tire/3799/)

I have had Toyo always on my prelude and I simply love them, but again I do not have a lot of information on tires and wheels.

I am trying to stick to a range of max $450 here for tires which I am not going to use over 6 months, I will get prolly something good after that.

But to use for these 6 months, I need something on which I can autocross too if I want and is reliable in daily driving.

Any suggestions on tires? Keeping the budget in mind?
Thanks in advance

these bfgs are really good. i could get you a better price if you came to my discount tire but you do have another store right by you. up to you, what you should do is go up to discount and ask for those^^ bfg and talk them down we do negotiate tire prices. all up to you but i can get you a lower price.\

EDIT** well i just read the price range you wanna stay in and im not sure i can get you that low. let me know if you like thos

A friend of mine here in Lufkin runs the Sumitomo HTR-Z tires and loves them. They're not fantastic but for the money, they're very good. His have lasted quite a while as well.

I'd go with Kumhos, myself, for a budget tire. Falken and Cooper also make some good tires for not much money.
