See I primarily am wanting to find out what would be a good phone to do messaging and mobile internet.

Sim cards are nice but since I don't change phones that often I don't really see the use for them unless I'm unaware of an added bonus besides being able to use anyones phone by switching sim cards or keeping your old data in a new phone.
Well when you do get a new phone you won't have to go to the store or call anyone to activate it. You just swap the SIM card. If you want to do messaging and Mobile internet then go with ATT. Their UMTS network is outstanding (fast). Go through their phones and make sure you get one that is UMTS/3G (Not Edge).

worst customer service on the face of the planet.
weird, 1st off, I've never worked for them, but we've had our service with them for over 9 years and never had a problem...I like Sprint, I guess it helps that we have a kick ass plan that no one has been able to touch.

It almost depends on where you live and how often you are out of town. I used to travel rural America for years and AT&T has been the greatest (since 1999). They had a significant drop in customer service when they became Cingular but are getting back to where they were. AT&T was great about giving you the latest greatest new phones about once a year which Cingular does every 2 years if you sign a new contract. AT&T never required that from me and sometimes just sent me a phone and said if I don't want to try it, send it back. Across the country and so far in Japan and South America, I have enjoyed the new AT&T (formerly known as Prince...er..Cingualr).

I want a either blackberry or blackjack.
I want to be able to have unlimited txt and internet access and say 900 anytime minutes.

I can't understand the layout or descriptions of the different plans

Easy!

900 min = 59.99 a month.. that includes ultd M2M and Rollover..

the Blackberry will cost you 29.99 for ULTD data + Email (doesnt include text)
the BlackJACK will cost you 39.99 for ULTD data + Email + 1500 text

If you ask me, i prefer the Blackberry more.. but thats just a personal Pref.
If you come by i can give you a walkthrough of both the phones.

When are you looking to switch. Ill get you a killer deal on a blackberry / blackjack if you do something before the 31st.
