I got pulled over in Allen like 6 months ago in my Jeep for "Not stopping behind the line at a stop light". When I got to the light it started flashing yellow since it just turned midnight so I just kept going. He also changed his answer to "well you also didnt use your blinker getting onto Bethany about 3 miles back" My friend and I gave him abunch of sh*t until he just left lol. I filed a harassment report on him that was investigated and he got a slap on the wrist... well worth it since he was a rookie.

What is there to contest, if your only ticket was for expired DL? Is you DL expired?

I just want to talk to prosecutor and judge, maybe they will have some compassion for the mistreatment I received and feel the holiday spirit, no harm no foul

I got three tickets worth about 1000 bucks combined from a state trooper on 635, and I had to go to the courthouse in Richardson (close to Coit/Beltline)... I told the prosecutor that I was a struggling divorced dad and that between divorce debt, child support and living expenses, I could not afford to pay the steep fines for the citations (which was actually true)... She ended up dismissing 2 of the 3 and knocked the 3rd fine down to like 100 or 150 bucks...
Moral of the story: You gotta ask for it, or you can't get it.
