Maybe you can also tell me why 1 out of every like 4 or 5 1st-2cnd shifts almost break my neck and then the rest are sexay
You may be letting off the clutch too early if you're shifting very quickly. It shouldn't have the "break neck" feeling (like the pre-warm up rev limit).

That or you may be deep into the RPMs in first and if you're not giving it gas when you get into second you will effectively be "engine braking" which would be a quick acceleration to a deceleration type feeling.

I havn't been out to Skoots in some time, I may show up this week. Feel free to ask questions about the auto-x then.

On a side note: Anybody up for eating at Bone Daddy's instead? I can't stand the skoots food.

Yea if I decide to take it up to like 5.5k or more its smooth but trying to shift around 3-4k is usually the problem.

If I try to shift really fast I have to let the revs settle or it bucks. Well if I shift fast up to like 4.5. But if I shift at redline or in vtec its perfect

Don't worry Cyntex, if Jose(1fastminivan) wanna show-boat his HT then he'll call in sick and show up at Skoot's, lol. As for me i might just order through the honda dealer for $2600 since i have the dealership discount.
If it were a friday night or saturday night, I could make it , but for now Im stuck

I'm gonna hide my car now ...j/k ..hahaha

I have no problem at all with that, it's going to be my first real s2000 get together and I've never even heard of this place, so where we eat doesn't matter to me. I hope the weather doesn't get too harsh, it was snowing in Gainesville but I don't think it'll get down this way, just light sprinkles and maybe really really light sleet.

Top downers UNITE.

Thats what my sophisticated "cool" coat is for.

I was the first one to go top down at the Christmas Party because I'm hardcore.
