Thanks for the encouragement, guys...oh and you too LMB. BB FTMFL...lol. Yeah, the guy was on his mom's insurance (Progressive). They have already accepted liability and I will be dropping it off at the collision center tomorrow. Hopefully it is only cosmetic damage and nothing structural.
The guy next to me and had just taken off from a green light and this guy on the right ran the light and got both of us (t-boned in his driver's side door). I can't wait to get my S back since it is my DD. Driving the Rodeo kinda sucks...

Me too. I dropped it off at the colision center this morning but the adjuster has not yet made it by there. They think he may check it out tomorrow. They did provide me with a rental car...Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo...that thing is like a tank compared to the S.

Make sure your collision center takes pics before they take it apart so your insurance company doesn't screw around. When someone hit and ran on my car in a parking lot I guess at college while I was at the gym 3 months ago, my insurance claimed David McDavid had screwed up my fender liner because the estimate was to just reuse the old one, and David McDavid was like oh hell no and had pictures as proof before they took it apart so I got a new fender liner instead of them reusing the old one.

Careful guys, too many careless drivers around today - some guy ran right thru a stop sign I was at yesterday. Luckily I didn't move, otherwise my passenger would've been hurt pretty badly :-/
