Is it just splashed on? If so then use a claybar and it should take it right off.

go to autozone and get a cans of carb-cleaner B12. Spay it on a rag and lightly clean over the paint....DO NOT rub against it hard or you will be sorry. Just lightly rub over it until the red paint is gone. After that wax over the spot and your look like new again.

Be sure to wax over the area that you clayed... the claybar takes any wax off of your car as well.
