Default Rear window Hardtop install

Where should i go to get a rear window install on my hardtop? Last install was a failure and water got Inside the hardtop. Unless someone on here considers themselves a pro at installing rear windows, post up some good shops.

Agreed you need a good install, my mugen VIS replica rear window install was a nightmare. Hope you find a good installer. Try to see if you can get someone to guarantee their work... but most don't guarantee aftermarket since I'm assuming its a mugen style.

yea i have the forbidden usa mugen rep. The hardtop is great, but the window wasnt installed right so now it leaked into the hardtop panels, and the sealant it seems has leaked and spread this rust colored film below the hardtop and onto my trunk area...hopefully clay bar will be enough to get it off.

I hate to say it, but you may want to try the spyder kit :/

It's $$, but you can ask him to see how cheap the rear seal is, and it might be cheaper than paying to repeatedly fix the rear seal. Mine curled up in the corner again after a new paint job and better seal.

the hardtop and seal that went bad is from spyder. Spyder installed it in california before he shipped out the hardtop lol. He is sending me another rear window and new seals. Just have to find someone to install it when it gets here.
