Both my car and EgoThreat's car had issues with the clicking.
gernby replaced by the hub and bearing on my car.
marcucci replaced both bearings on EgoThreat's car. (The second for just-in-case.) It was done soon enough that there was no damage to the hubs, so they were re-used.
In both situations, tightening the axel nut temporarily stopped the symptom, but did nothing to relieve the underlying problem.
