Default rear end troubles again...

Alright, I have had my s2000 for like 6 months and already grenaded one rear end after about 3 months. I put a used rear end in it and about 7,000 miles later, it's going out again. I didn't know I was that hard on the rear end and was trying to be really soft on it since last time. Anyone got a spare rear end they want to get rid of locally? Anyone got any input on these weak rear ends or my abusive nature?

Wow... that's pretty crazy! I'm not sure what your driving style is, but the stock rear isn't normally that weak ... I know it's lasted for years on several FI setups.

I do have a rear end, depending on what you need. Give me a pm.

You should be more careful offering up your rear end to anyone who asks.

Maybe you should go for a new or comptech one instead of used?

And if you launch don't feather it, just side step it and let it spin.

haha, it is driftin, but I didn't drift this rear end. Never launched it hard and really was relatively easy on it. I just need a stock replacement, I think I am gonna go back to the 240's. I am still trying to sell this car, so any ap1 rear end will do me fine.
