I think you should remove Lute Riley Honda. If their service department is anything like their sales department then they get to big goose egg from me. Bobby has been a great help at John Eagle.

I've only been to a Honda dealer once for my car, and that was earlier today. Previously I've had very good results with David McDavid Acura.
