Got an Audio Bug for Christmas. Now I can play nearly 5 hrs of music from 1 disc on my Sony MiniDisc Recorder through the car radio. Works w/MP3 players, iPod, cassette players etc. My player and bug fits in the cup holder. Got mine from buydig.com.

Not to rain on your parade, but don't expect "CD" quality. But then again it is better than the cassette adapters that let you do the same thing.

Yeah, I've heard people say these FM transmitters don't give very good sound quality. Then again, the S2000 stereo system isn't exact "CD quality" either. Gene, what's your impression?

You have to play with it a few minutes initially to get the right balance between in put of bug and the output of the radio and to avoid static, but after that it sounds pretty good in the environment the S2000 cockpit provides. I like being able to play 4-5 CDs worth of music from my small mini disc. iPods would be even better.

New update: Well it sure played well in the garage the other night. When I took it out on the road, it flunked big time. The problem is that the 4 freqs it broadcasts over were all being broadcasted on and over rode the bug's signal.. It would probably work on a trip away from the Metroplex, but not here. Sorry.
