Just now, somebody walked by my desk and saw the S2000 I have set as my computer's wallpaper.

Him: Wow, that's a pretty car.
Me: Thanks!
Him: What is it?
Me: It's a Honda S2000.
Him: Really? I don't think I've seen one before.
Me: Yeah, they didn't make very many of them.
Him: Well, it's a beautiful car. Hope you get it!
Me: Thanks!

My S2000 is parked just a few feet from the front door of the building. WTF?

I had the same thing happen to me with a picture of my Elise from the national tour as my desktop. My co-worker comes up and says WOW, wouldn't you love to drive up to work in that thing? I said, well I did this morning look at the window. And he said that thing is YOURS? What are you doing working here blah blah, everyone thinks it costs 200K or something.

 

I had someone asked me last night when I was dropping a friend off whether the car I was driving is a z4...I wasn't sure how to take that.

 

I've gotten lamborgini before, but I was at hooters, so go figure...

 

Maybe they like coming in the back door.
