Well, I went and signed up for the PCA Maverick Driving autocross schools 102 & 103 on March 15th and 16th respectively. Would have liked to gone for 101 on the 2nd as well just to get warmed up for the 8th, but I've been out of town for several weeks and don't get back till the 1st and I'm sure my wife would be quite upset if I didn't spend my one free day with her before staying next week at work to make a milestone
I'd be too tired to actually be in the groove anyway, after driving 500+ miles the day before.
Anyone else signed up for these events? Heard good things about them, and for $45 per day seems like a great deal even if it's just for seat time.
I thought about doing the Evolution Performance Driving Schools as well, but $235 per day is quite a bit of cash! Anyone been to one? Is it worth it? Apparently, you get 20+ runs per day which is great, esp. for learning, but raises the cost in terms of tread wear.

Jess and I have done both 101 and 102. You get plenty of seat time and do some interesting exercises. The instruction isn't as good as evolution as those are all former national champ caliber drivers but it still helps. I would recommend it overall for the price though.
