Select register and then proceed through the few steps. I don't think the DLB has fixed the drivers link yet but we will have your information.

Trying just going to www.dlbracing.com. Sign in and go to calender view then look for NTS2K on July 26. Click the register icon (it's a notepad) and register that way instead of clicking a link.
