What happens if it rains during the autocross?
We still go for it or it gets postponed?

I repped this autox to some Miata guys w/ Track Dog rollbars in them after lunch today when I saw them standing around the parking lot. Hope you guys get some traffic from it...
Wish I could join ya, but I'm doing a modeling shoot

I believe people remove all the extra stuff from the trunk for:
1. Things are not flying in the trunk
2. Lose all the extra weight from the car.
3. You will have to remove your driver side mat as well once you get there as it can move and cause problems while you are driving.
4. You can bring the tape and tape it at the event.
If the amp is not going to move from turning hard on corners, I would not worry about it but it's your personal choice
Am sure "someone" will correct me if I am wrong or missing anything

Nope, you pretty much got it on the head. As long as the amp is actually permanently secured (not velcro'd or something crazy) then you can leave it in.
